A man with ties to Warren County, Pa., has been charged after allegedly threatening a Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office deputy. Layton Love, 46, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with interstate communication of a threat, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. Discovery of handgun is under investigation

The discovery of a loaded handgun in a restroom is under investigation. According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the gun was found at Warren Lowe's. The individual claimed it was loaded after it was found by a worker. Law enforcement verified a gun was found but said it was Saturday night when it was discovered.
