Defiant trespassing. Tammy E. Beardsley, 43, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with defiant trespassing: actual communication to actor July 2 by Conewango Police after an alleged incident July 1 in Conewango Township.

Possession of marijuana. Zachery L. Hall, 25, of Erie was charged with possession of marijuana – small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary charges June 2 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 6 in Conewango Township.

DUI. John J. Flaisman, 31, of Sugar Grove was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC between .08% and .10% and four summary charges July 2 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 6 in Sugar Grove Borough.

DUI. Dominic A. French, 47, of Warren was charged with two misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance and four summary charges July 4 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 7 in Pittsfield Township.
