BUSTI — A pair of Jamestown residents have been charged in a shooting that took place early Saturday in the town of Busti. At approximately 4 a.m., officers from the Lakewood-Busti Police Department were dispatched to Cummins Engine for a report of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, officers located an adult female who had sustained a gunshot wound.
