A crew of volunteers has helped spruce up the Hospice House residence.
During the annual Spring Work Bee, Ron Kramer; Adam, Cade and Eric McChesney; Eric and Maddie Fadale; Adam, Arlene and Owen Molinaro; Darlene Schultz John, Lenny Cywinski, Jamie Bees, Ed Gustafson; Lynn and Ed Munch, Paul and Joe Wood, and Danny Zingone spent some time at the residence taking care of whatever tasks were in need of doing.
“I am approaching my sixth year of organizing these work bees,” Volunteer Coordinator Barbi Zingone said. “I continue to be amazed at the community outreach when we need help both in the spring and fall. Our residence has a very long list of committed volunteers.”
“A crew of many showed up early to tackle the many tasks at hand,” Zingone said. “Some volunteers have been coming to these for years, some that agreed to help this spring were new to the ever-growing list of caring individuals who wished to help. I am honored to work among them all.”
“It has been stated in the past and has become a constant over time – When there is TLC on the inside, there is TLC on the outside,” she said.
