Lineup has marching orders for Fourth parade

Warren County’s Fourth of July Celebration has filled people with anticipation for the festivities over the years and this year it is sure to be the most unforgettable celebration.

Warren County has one of the largest parades in the state, and the parade line up is a bit larger according to chair of the committee for the celebration, Bill Thompson, who shared that they have gotten at least 10 additional entries in the parade this year.

He said, “I feel this year is a special year with it being 250 years as a nation, and I feel Warren communities have gone above and beyond to make this parade as big as it has been over the years.”

The Advanced Division of the parade will line up along S. Carver St., beginning with the Civil Air Patrol- Honor Guard, Chief Cornplanter Council of Scouts, American Legion Post 135 and the Grand Sponsor- United Refining Company, Red Apple, Kwik Fill and Country Fair. Following will be one float, two fire trucks and one tanker. Next will be State Representative Kathy Rapp, State Senator Scott Hutchinson, the Warren County Republican Committee, the Warren County Democratic Committee, Ray Bilger for Congress, Mayor David Wortman, City of Warren Fire Department, 1928 LaFrance Pumper (Warren Firefighters Local 1835), City of Warren Police Department, City of Warren (DPW), and DAV Vans.

Division 1 will line up on Linwood Street, starting with Sheffield Vol. Fire Department, Eisenhower Marching Band, Northwest Bank – Float and Armored Truck, Miracle Mountain Ranch, Indian Hollow Farms, Farrah Grotto Big Wheelers, Services by Kellie, Russell Roller Rink, Gerry Rodeo, JMI Trucking, Warrin’ Wreckin’ Dolls, Clarendon Vol. Fire Department, Kinzua Soccer, Eisenhower Girls Basketball, Crossett Trucking, Betts Industries, Salvation Army, Johnsonburg Grey Knights Drum & Bugle Corps, Wesley Woods Christian Camp, Johnson’s Painting and Services LLC, The Rouse, Jeff News, Allegheny Eclipse, and American Cornfield 250/Holler Boys Services LLC.

Division 2 along Cedar Street will include Capela Transport, Hamburg Kingsmen Alumni, Superior Tire and Rubber Corp., PGCC -TJ Allshouse with 21 trucks, Starbrick Vol. Fire Department, and Targeted Pet Treats.

The Pointe Parade will have 14 individual groups as well as Scandia Vol. Fire Department, Youngsville Free Methodist Church, Rogues Hollow Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps, Warren Dragon Nation Football, Heroes, Praise Fellowship, and Cherry Grove Vol. Fire Department.

Division 3 along the upper part of Elm Street will include Maplewood High School Band, Complete Roofing Systems, Youngsville Vol. Fire Department, Warren County Fair Queen & Court, Warren County Dairy Promotion, Warren Powerhouse Gymnastics Team, Erie News Now, Warren Band Alumni, General Joseph Warren DAR Chapter, Taylor Made Dance Theatre, Koebly’s Towing and Recovery, Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Glade Vol.Fire Department, Blue Star Mothers of Kinzua PA203, Casella Waste, Whirley Family of Brands, Struthers Library Theatre, Rarey’s Auto Service, Main Street Grill Company, C&C Tree Service, Hometown Rent to Own, Echoes on Water Band, Garland Vol. Fire Department, Allegiant Renewal & Construction, Riverside Raceway, PPP Future Development with oil rigs and trucks, and ROAR (Revitalization of Akeley and Russell).

Division 4 along the lower part of Elm Street will include Silken Fae Spiders (Color Guard Group), Mack’s Transport (Warren’s Got Talent), Pleasant Vol. Fire Department, Allegheny Off Road Club, North PA Ghostbusters, Allegheny Veterans Center, Elite Auto and Detailing, LLC, North Warren Vol. Fire Department, Sunrise In Home Care, Miss Corry Program, C&G Moore Enterprises, LLC, Midtown Motors, The Quackin’ Wagon, No Gimmick Boxing, Ellwood National Forge, Russell Vol. Fire Department, Warren County Youth Football, Suds and Smiles, Warren County Little League, and Elk Township Historical Society.

Division 5 along the Lexington Avenue Curve will begin with Miss Keystone State Sr. Elite – Wendi Colella (Military Star Organization), Chapman State Park, Ed Shults Auto, Jeremy’s Lawn Care and Snow Removal, O’Brien’s Transmission, Laird Landscaping and Hauling, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
