Winterfest planning

The Warren County Winterfest executive committee will hold a planning meeting at the Chapman State Park Environmental Learning Center (the old park office) at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 8. Winterfest 2020 is planned for Jan. 17-19. All organizations and individuals who plan to be involved in activities should attend, including anyone who may be interested in volunteering for the first time.
