Charges were withdrawn against two defendants and one pleaded guilty during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. The most serious charges against Gary H. Koningisor, 6, North Warren, were withdrawn, including criminal attempt — rape and criminal attempt — involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
