DUI. Virginia L. Gates, 49, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 22 with three counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 5 in Sheffield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Quentin M. Howard, 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 20 with criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on Feb. 20 in the City of Warren.

W. WARREN COUNTY —

Possession. Jessie L. Lyons, 33, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 21 with possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children from an incident that occurred on Feb. 2 in Brokenstraw Twp.

DUI. Allison A. Nolan, 35, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 21 with two counts of DUI and four summary offenses from an incident that occurred on Dec. 28 in Pittsfield Twp.

Sheffield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that several windows were broken at a Pickering St. residence sometime between Feb. 2 and Feb. 8. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
