Pleas entered during preliminary hearings at Warren County Courthouse

One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against another during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. David D. Schoch, 29, North Olmsted, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn. Charges were withdrawn against Richard J. Porter, 62, Ridgway, Pa. Porter had been charged with two counts of DUI. Three traffic violations were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

Two guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse. The following individuals entered guilty pleas: Matthew E. Lintala, 30, East Lake, Oh. Lintala pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, improper display plate and theft. Charges of theft, receiving stolen property, retail theft and three counts each of driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle were withdrawn.
