Pleas entered in Warren County court
Four guilty pleas and two not guilty pleas were entered before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
¯ Holly E. Antal. Washington, DC, to theft by unlawful taking. At a second docket Antal pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Charges of criminal attempt (burglary), receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night time and possession of marijuana were not prosecuted.
¯ Garrett A. Frederoski, 29, Saint Marys, Pa., to DUI and a traffic violation. An additional count of DUI and a traffic violation were not prosecuted.
¯ Christine Fulmer, 20, Warren, to aggravated assault. Charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
¯ Jordan J. Klein, 23, Jamestown, NY, to terroristic threats. Two counts of terroristic threats and three counts of harassment were not prosecuted.
The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:
¯ Corbin A. Kates, 22, Jamestown, NY. Kates has been charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, false identification, disorderly conduct, DUI and driving on a suspended license.
¯ Steven M. Sixt, 36, Sheffield. Sixt has been charged with DUI and three traffic violations.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Jonathan M. Santry, 35, Corry, Pa., for failure to appear. Santry has been charged with motor vehicle insurance fraud and false reports.
