Pleas entered during preliminary hearings at Warren County Courthouse
One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against another during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
David D. Schoch, 29, North Olmsted, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against Richard J. Porter, 62, Ridgway, Pa. Porter had been charged with two counts of DUI. Three traffic violations were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
