Two guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following individuals entered guilty pleas:

Matthew E. Lintala, 30, East Lake, Oh. Lintala pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, improper display plate and theft. Charges of theft, receiving stolen property, retail theft and three counts each of driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle were withdrawn. At a second docket he pleaded guilty to theft while charges of theft and false reports were withdrawn.

Leean M. Westlake, 36, Bradford, Pa., to harassment.

Charges were withdrawn against Daniel A. Westfall, 67, Youngsville. Westfall had been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
