¯ A 16-year-old youth was charged with theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy following an investigation into the theft of a bicycle that occurred on Aug. 24.
¯ David Gonzalez, 30, of Warren was cited for vehicle turning left on Sept. 6 following a two-vehicle accident at Conewango and Fifth avenues.
