Disorderly conduct. Nicholas A. Taylor, 41, of Jamestown was charged on two dockets with disorderly conduct engaged in fighting and public drunkenness and similar misconduct May 20 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 8 in Warren.

Disorderly conduct. K.C. M. Johnson, 18, of Russell was charged with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise May 17 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 9 in Sheffield Township. Johnson was charged on a second docket with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise May 20 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 10 in Brokenstraw Township.

DUI. Leslie Fleming, 40, of Warren was charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16%) – first offense; DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, and two traffic citations May 14 by Warren city police officers after a traffic stop Feb. 21 in Warren.

Drug possession. Lynette L. Johnson, 57, of Warren was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia May 14 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident March 11 in Warren.

Corruption of minors. Rommell E. Bell, 58, of Warren was charged with misdemeanor corruption of minors and misdemeanor harassment – communicating lewd, threatening etc. language May 14 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident May 3 in Warren.

Harassment. Devin L. Kreitzbender, 20, of Sheffield was charged with harassment – subjecting another to physical contact May 17 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 6 in Sheffield Township.

Disorderly conduct. Andrew W. Hoden, 20, of Sheffield was charged with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise May 16 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 9 in Sheffield Township.

DUI. Richard E. Wilson Jr., 55, of Warren was charged May 21 by the State Police at Warren with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .16% and greater, three counts of driving under influence of alcohol/controlled substance, illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock and four vehicle and traffic citations after a traffic stop May 8 in Glade Township.

Forgery. Daniel D. Crissman, 59, of Panama, N.Y., was charged with second-degree felony forgery – unauthorized act in writing and misdemeanor theft by deception – false impression by the State Police at Warren May 20 after an alleged incident May 8 in Sugar Grove Borough.

Drug possession. Chelsey A. Steeves, 32, of Clarendon was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, marijuana – small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia May 20 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 5 in Mead Township.

Strangulation. Jason M. Brush, 51, of Clarendon was charged with second-degree felony strangulation – applying pressure to throat or neck, simple assault and harassment May 16 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident May 15 in Clarendon Borough. Brush was taken to the Warren County Jail on $25,000 cash bail.

Game Commission violation. Johnny M. Miller, 28, of Panama, N.Y., was cited for allegedly hunting or taking game or wildlife with an unplugged shotgun by state game wardens May 19 after an alleged violation May 16 in Spring Creek Township.

Game Commission violation. Samuel M. Kauffman, 31, of Panama, N.Y., was cited allegedly for hunting or taking game or wildlife with an unplugged shotgun by state game wardens May 19 after an alleged violation May 16 in Spring Creek Township.

Game Commission violation. Duane T. Gibson, 64, of Pittsfield was cited for a control of property violation May 19 by state game wardens after an alleged violation May 17 in Brokenstraw Township.
