Retail theft. William A. Streit, 57, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 2 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Nov. 19 in Conewango Twp.

Warrant arrest. Brian Smith, 45, Clarendon, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies with the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police on a warrant for failure to appear for court. Deputies say Smith was placed in the county jail pending further court action.
