Possession. David A. Delahoy, Jr., 19, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 28 with possession of marijuana and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 24 in Sugar Grove Twp.

Possession. Donald F. Foote, III, 29, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 28 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Jan. 28 in Mead Twp.

Retail theft. Darren T. Jones, 26, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 28 with two counts of retail theft from incidents that occurred on Dec. 1 and Dec. 30 in Conewango Twp.
