Retail theft. Kimi E. Bender, 52, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Dec. 20 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Sept. 4 in Conewango Twp.

Reckless endangerment. Joshawa M. Rogers, 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 19 with two counts of recklessly endangering another person, possession of drug paraphernalia and person not to possess/own a firearm from an incident that occurred on Dec. 18 in the City of Warren.

Simple assault. Mark E. Lundmark, 46, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 17 with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment from an incident that occurred on Dec. 17 in Sugar Grove Twp.
