Preliminary hearings held this week
The following cases were resolved during preliminary hearings held on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
¯ Christina M. Meals, 50, Warren, pled guilty to a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:
¯ Kristi A. Havle, 45, Tiona. Havle had been charged with forgery, access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.
¯ Dustin R. Phelps, Spring Creek. Phelps had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, violate hazard regulation, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, driving at safe speed and careless driving. A count of improper right turn was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
The following defendants were held for court:
¯ Mariah D. Fetter, 32, Youngsville. Fetter has been charged with contraband/controlled substance.
¯ Travis L. McIntyre, 41, Youngsville. McIntyre has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a computer and computer trespass — alter data. A count of computer trespass — transfer funds was withdrawn.
¯ Zachary A. Smith, 33, Clarendon. Smith has been charged with conspiracy — contraband, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and a count of criminal use of a communications facility.
¯ Ashley R. Vickery, 35, Warren. Vickery has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of marijuana.
