Shondell M. Hermandez, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 24 with endangering the welfare of children from an incident that occurred on Aug. 23 in the City of Warren.

Daniel E. Hernandez, 38, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 24 with endangering the welfare of children from an incident that occurred on Aug. 23 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Jamie L. Jones, 35, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 25 with possession with intent to deliver from an incident that occurred on July 18 in Clarendon Borough.

David J. Carruth, 44, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 25 with materially false written statement — purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm and statement under penalty from an incident that occurred on July 27 in Conewango Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

Evgeniy G. Dietze, 30, Corry, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 22 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Aug. 21 in Columbus Twp.

Todd V. Hebner, 56, Pittsfield, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Aug. 24 with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility from an incident that occurred on June 24 in Youngsville Borough.
