C. WARREN COUNTY — DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

¯ Anthony T. Pollaro, 29, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 23 with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 23 in the city of Warren.

¯ Ashley M. Streit, 31, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 19 with possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on July 2 in the city of Warren.

¯ Michael J. Garrett, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 19 with two counts of DUI, obedience to traffic control devices, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on July 11 in the city of Warren.

¯ Aaron N. Shellhouse, 35, Pittsfield, was charged by City of Warren police on July 19 with DUI and two counts of failure to stop at red signal from an incident that occurred on July 19 in the city of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

¯ Alisha D. Davis, 41, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 21 with simple assault, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 20 in Conewango Township.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

¯ Miles K. Manross, 36, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 23 with DUI, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on July 22 in Mead Township.

¯ Ricky A. Bryan, 30, Titusville, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 19 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Sept. 4, 2020 in Southwest Township.

WARREN COUNTY

¯ Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies with assistance from Warren County Adult Probation arrested Dustin Hepler-Kostreba, 24, Warren, on July 22 at about 1:35 p.m. on a supervisor’s warrant for probation/parole violations. Deputies say Hepler-Kostreba was placed in the county jail pending further court action.

CHERRY GROVE TWP.

¯ Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the Cherry Grove municipal building on July 1 for a report of a theft of a Sorenson Road sign. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
