The following defendants entered not guilty pleas before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday.

¯ William R. Butcher, Bear Lake. Butcher has been charged with failure to register with the Pennsylvania State Police.

¯ Justin J. Ecklund, Frewsburg, NY. Ecklund has been charged with four counts of DUI, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, fail to stop at red signal, careless driving and failure to carry license.

¯ David L. Eichenlaub, Ambridge, Pa. Eichenlaub has been charged with DUI, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, period for requiring lighted lamps and driving without a license.

¯ Jasmine N. Gertsch, Warren. Gertsch has been charged with forgery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

¯ Frederick S. Hartman, Warren. Hartman has been charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving, disregard traffic lane, required financial responsibility and fail to carry registration.

¯ Douglas L. Johnson, Clarendon. Johnson has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief — damage property.
