Pleas entered at preliminary hearings

Three guilty pleas were entered while two were held for court during preliminary hearings Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants have pled guilty:

¯ Mariah D. Fetter, Youngsville, to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia while a count of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were withdrawn. At a second docket, all charges were withdrawn including possession of a controlled substance, seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

¯ Michele M. Swab, Clarendon, to possession of a controlled substance and no rear lights. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without valid inspection were withdrawn.

¯ Aaron S. Whitford, Pittsfield, to marijuana — small amount personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

The following defendants were held for court:

¯ John A. Snyder, Warren, was held for court at two dockets. At one, he has been charged with fail to verify address/be photographed and at the other he faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlights.

¯ Adam R. Clark, Warren. Clark faces two counts of DUI and a count of no headlights.
