The vehicle in question is a late 1990s/early 2000s Ford F250/350 and two tones — dark blue and tan. Police say the suspect is believed to be a white, middle-aged male, wearing green pants and a green sweatshirt as well as a gray hat with an American flag patch on the front.

Anyone with information on the vehicle or identity of the suspect is asked to call state police at (814) 728-3600.
