Mariah D. Fetter, 32, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 13 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on April 3 in Conewango Township.

Mead Township

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of a black 2016 carry-on trailer belonging to a 76-year-old female, Farnsworth Road. The trailer’s registration is XJD4515 and was stolen between March 13 and April 8 when it was parked on vacant property owned by the victim.

Police say the trailer was loaded with tires and has a cage covering the winch. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Sheffield Township

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone removed a “Welcome to Sheffield” sign on Route 6 just west of Country Lane. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
