Five guilty pleas were entered and charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Aaron J. Brew, Warren, to harassment. A count of simple assault was withdrawn.

¯ Kevin S. Davis, Sugar Grove, to retail theft and disorderly conduct. Charges of retail theft — one each at two different dockets – were withdrawn.

¯ Kimberly J. Frantz, Warren, to simple assault. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.

¯ Jestin R. Gruber, Garland, to marijuana– small amount personal use. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

¯ Lamar A. Keys, Warren, to simple assault. Charges of unlawful restraint — serious bodily injury and harassment were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against John S. Brown, North Warren. Brown had been charged with terroristic threats and harassment. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
