Amanda D. Brown, 44, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 12 with DUI, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, careless driving and fail to carry registration from an incident that occurred on Jan. 13 in Sheffield Township.

N. Warren County — District Judge

Laura Bauer

Catherine R. Bindics, 18, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft from an incident that occurred on Feb. 10 in Conewango Township.

Wanda L. Streit, 61, Sheffield, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 12 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Jan. 21 in Conewango Township.

Farmington Township

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Feb. 7 at 7:10 p.m. on Jackson Run Road. west of Creamery Road. A 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Jordan A. Chase, 29, Russell, left the roadway before striking a tree. Police say multiple airbags were deployed as a result of the crash and the vehicle was towed from the scene. They allege that Chase fled the scene and failed to notify police of the crash.

Pine Grove Township

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report a vehicle was traveling west on Liberty Sreet, left the roadway and struck the residence at 109 Liberty St. Police say the vehicle backed out and fled the scene heading westbound. The vehicle was described as a truck with no additional information. Police say it may have come off of Priest Hollow Road, Conewango Street. or Race Street.
