Bacon, 26, Troy, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 28 with two counts of DUI, fail to use safety belt, duties at stop signs, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages from an incident that occurred on Nov. 7 in Pittsfield Twp.

Cassandra N. Morris, 29, Waterford, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 28 with driving while license suspended from a DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility from an incident that occurred on Jan. 5 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Thomas L. Tucker, 37, Pleasantville, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan 28 with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, exceed max speed limit established by 17 mph, driving an unregistered vehicle, pass left unsafe, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, two counts of turning movements and required signals, three counts of duties at stop signs, careless driving, reckless driving, driving at safe speed and trespass by motor vehicle from an incident that occurred on Oct. 24 in Southwest Twp.

Conewango Twp.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to N. State St. north of Main Dr. on Jan. 24 at 9:42 a.m. when an unknown tractor trailer struck overhead wires, damaging a utility pole and mailbox in the proces. Police say the vehicle fled the scene.
