Harassment. Keith R. Ludwig, 36, of Warren was charged with harassment – subject other to physical contact June 25 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident June 18 in Warren.

Possession of a controlled substance. Frederick J. Glotz Jr., 57, of Warren was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia June 29 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident May 28 in Warren.

DUI. Michael Cummings, 53, of Warren was charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – second offense, accidents involving death/personal injury, operating vehicle without ignition interlock, harassment – subject other to physical contact and three summary charges June 29 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident May 31 in Warren.

Theft. Kristal A. Reid, 70, of Warren was charged with theft by unlawful taking – movable property and receiving stolen property June 26 by Warren City Police after an alleged incident June 2 in Warren.

DUI. Robert S. Teed, 54, of Pittsfield was charged with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC above .16) – first offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and two summary charges June 25 by Youngsville Police after an alleged incident June 24 in Youngsville Borough.

Theft. Lou A. Young, 69, of Warren was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise June 23 by Conewango Police after an alleged incident May 16 in Conewango Township.

Endangering welfare of children. Ian D. Davidson, 33, of Clarendon was charged with three first-degree misdemeanor charges of endangering welfare of children – parent/guardian/other commits offense, incapable of safely operating a watercraft after imbibing alcohol or refusal of test – first offense and five summary charges June 29 by PA Fish and Boat Commission, Northcentral Region after an alleged incident June 5 in Eldred Township.

DUI. Justus M. Elliot, 30, of Olean, N.Y., was charged with three misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance, possession of marijuana – small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and three summary charges June 29 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 7 in Sugar Grove Township.

DUI. David C. Sheldon, 46, of Clarendon was charged with DUI/unsafe driving, DUI/BAC .10%-.16% and six summary charges June 29 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 5 in Mead Township.

Simple assault. David L. Syfrett, 39, of Sugar Grove was charged with simple assault and harassment – communicating lewd, threatening, etc. language June 23 by State Police at Warren after an alleged incident June 19 in Conewango Township.
