Powell, 29, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 12 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and single counts of marijuana — small amount personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked from an incident that occurred on Nov. 12 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Deborah L. Bean, 39, Corry, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 14 with possession of a controlled substance, six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession/sale/use display documents, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper display plate and fail to carry a license from an incident that occurred on Nov. 14 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Rodney R. Crandall, 39, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 14 with marijuana — small amount personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 13 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Bradley S. Johnson, 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 14 with DUI: Controlled substance — combination alcohol/drugs — first offense, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, fail to stop and give information or render aid, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 25 in the City of Warren.

Furnishing drug free urine. David R. Smithers, 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 16 with furnishing drug free urine — use or attempt and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Nov. 13 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Herbert F. Schumann, Sr., 62, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 16 with marijuana — small amount personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia, period for requiring lighted lamps, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and notice of change of name or address from an incident that occurred on Nov. 14 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Michael J. Riche, 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 16 with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — first offense and no headlights from an incident that occurred on Nov. 8 in the City of Warren.

False imprisonment. Erica G. Johnson, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 17 with false imprisonment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Nov. 7 in the City of Warren.

False imprisonment. Kayla R. Gray, 26, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 17 with false imprisonment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Nov. 7 in the City of Warren.

Burglary. Karl N. Hawk, 35, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 11 with burglary and harassment from an incident that occurred on Nov. 11 in Glade Twp.

Bad checks. Patricia T. Berry, 57, Youngsville, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 12 with bad checks from an incident that occurred on Sept. 22 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Jestin R. Gruber, 20, Garland, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 17 with marijuana — small amount personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 25 in Pittsfield Twp.

Pittsfield Twp.

Lost property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report from a male who lost a Taurus 9mm pistol while hunting on Morrison Hill Rd. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Tidioute

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that on Nov. 7 a “skinny white male” was seen by witnesses exiting a dark Hyundai sedan and taking political signs with American flags attached. This occurred on Main St. between 12:45 p.m. and 12:55 p.m.
