Possession. Amanda N. McClellan, 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 19 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 17 in the City of Warren.
Interference with custody. Jaime S. Turner, 25, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 19 with interference with custody of children from an incident that occurred on Oct. 12 in the City of Warren.
Access device fraud. Donald S. Seither, 32, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 19 with access device fraud, possessing an access device knowing counterfeit/altered and theft by unlawful taking from an incident that occurred on Oct. 13 in the City of Warren.
Possession. Amber L. Cornell, 29, Corry, Pa., was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on Oct. 19 with possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 28 in the City of Warren.
Interference with custody. Brittany L. Chemlovski, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 19 with interference with custody of children from an incident that occurred on Oct. 12 in the City of Warren.
Interference with custody. Mark A. Rodgers, II, 28, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 19 with interference with custody of children from an incident that occurred on Oct. 12 in the City of Warren.
DUI. Chelsey R. Lindstrom, 29, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 21 with DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense and two counts of disregard flashing red signals from an incident that occurred on Sept. 29 in the City of Warren.
DUI. Adam R. Clark, 28, Warren, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Oct. 21 with DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance– impaired ability — second offense and no headlights from an incident that occurred on Aug. 22.
Clarendon
Warrenbased Pennsylvania State Police responded to a N. Main St. address after the victim, a 49-year-old female, reported her bank card was fraudulently used. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
