Swanson, 21, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 31 with DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — combination alcohol/drugs — first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, fail to carry registration, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, damage to real property by operating a motor vehicle and violate hazard regulation from an incident that occurred on July 18 in the City of Warren.

Falsely incriminate another. Tracy A. Grant, 53, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 1 with false report — falsely incriminate another, false identification to law enforcement officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Sept. 1 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Michael D. Rose-Unger, 33, Bradford, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 1 with DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability — first offense, fail to carry registration, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, disregard traffic lane, improper left turn, turning movements and required signals, careless driving and no rear lights from an incident that occurred on Aug. 19 in Conewango Twp.

Western Warren County —

Driving without a license. Ryan L. Sheets, 26, Corry, was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Aug. 28 with driving license suspended or revoked for DUI, driving without a license and exceed max speed limit established by 17 mph from an incident that occurred on Aug. 16 in Youngsville Borough.

Sheffield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a Rt. 6 address for a complaint of a theft that occurred sometime between June 6 and Aug. 22. Someone stole approximately 200 pills of prescription medication. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
