Central Warren County — District Judge

Raymond Zydonik

Possession. Ernest H. Wegg, 41, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on July 31 with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, 12 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked from an incident that occurred on July 25 in the City of Warren.

Disorderly conduct. Tyler J. Stanbro, 28, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct — obscene language/gesture and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Aug. 3 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Mikayla M. Lathrop, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 1 with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a count of marijuana — small amount personal use from an incident that occurred on July 31 in the City of Warren.

Possession. John A. Snyder, 49, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 1 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlights from an incident that occurred on July 31 in the City of Warren.

Northern Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer

Possession. Kevin W. Bremiller, Jr., 32, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 31 with marijuana — small amount personal use and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 26 in Conewango Twp. Bremiller was also charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 4 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Adam R.L. Rodgers, 29, Russell, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 31 with DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule II or III — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/metabolite — first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and period for requiring lighted lamps from an incident that occurred on July 7 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Alexis L. Fehlman, 22, Tiona, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 31 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on July 7 in Conewango Twp.

Western Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

DUI. Thomas A. Niles, 29, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — first offense, make repairs, sell, etc. offensive weapons, fail to carry registration, required financial responsibility, duties at stop signs and careless driving from an incident that occurred on June 12 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report an investigation into the theft of hydrocodone-acetamin pills from the area of Carriage Drive. Police say approximately 100 pills were stolen between Aug. 4 and Aug. 6 and anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Farmington Twp.

Scattering rubbish. Warren-based Pennsylvania State police were dispatched on Aug. 8 at about 7:50 p.m. to the area of 500 Lanning Hill Road. for a report of scattered rubbish. Police discovered that someone had dumped six bags of yard trimmings and a recliner along the roadway. Police say the case is still unter investigation.

Glade Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that a Holly St. resident reported damage to a headlight on a 1996 Geo. Police say the damage occurred on July 14 and anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Mead Twp.

Found items. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that keys to a GM vehicle were found at the Rimrock hiking area on July 3 and turned over to police. Per police, the keys are tagged with “BRIGHT.” Anyone with information on the keys is encouraged to contact state police.

Sheffield Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report investigating a theft on July 28 in which a Hall St. man was deceived out of $1,200. Police say the victim was threatened with arrest if money was not provided that that the victim subsequently provided funds. He was told again that he would be arrested if more money was not provided and at that point, police say, the victim contacted state police.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Aug. 6 at 8:45 a.m. on Busti Road. A 2015 Honda CRV, driven by Deborah A. Wood, 65, Corry, was traveling north and stopped for a deer in the roadway. As the vehicle slowed, it was struck by a 2006 Ford Fusion, driven by Jordan A. Melice, Sugar Grove. Police say no injuries were reported though Melice was cited for following too closely.

Clarendon

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that between July 25 and Aug. 5 someone damaged the residence at 5 S. Main St. as an unknown object was thrown at the residence causing damage to the siding. Police say anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
