Guilty pleas entered in county court

President Judge Maureen Skerda accepted the following guilty pleas during change of plea proceedings on Thursday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Steven E. Breon, Jr., Youngsville, to DUI: High rate — first offense, careless driving and failure to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense, fail to keep right, driving at safe speed and minor prohibited/operating with alcohol were not prosecuted.

¯ Laurel C. Falconer, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and careless driving. Charges of disregard traffic lane and no rear lights were not prosecuted.

¯ Danielle K. Johnson, Clarendon, to theft by unlawful taking. A count of theft by deception — false impression was not prosecuted.

¯ Robert M. Turner, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense and drivers license suspended/revoked via DUI third or subsequent violation, Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense, careless driving and no rear lights were not prosecuted.

¯ Everett C. Walters, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and disregard traffic lane were not prosecuted.
