Central Warren County – District Justice Raymond Zydonik

Possession. Michael W. Whipple, 39, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 11 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, operate/permit operation with unsafe equipment and violate hazard regulation from an incident that occurred on March 11 in the City of Warren.

Possession with intent to deliver. Justin R. Nichols, 34, Warren, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing the administration of law/other governmental function from an incident that occurred on April 15 in the City of Warren.

Northern Warren County – District Justice Laura Bauer

Marijuana possession. Cameron S. Jackson, 23, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 11 with marijuana – small amount personal use, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked from an incident that occurred on May 1 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Jonna M. Arnold, 22, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, fail to carry registration, fail to carry license, required financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection from an incident that occurred on March 30 in Mead Twp.

Defiant trespass. Douglas A. Burge, 58, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 12 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on April 28 in Pine Grove Twp.

Pleasant Twp.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that sometime between April 24 and May 4 that war veteran markers were removed from multiple grave sites at St. Joseph Cemetery. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Litter. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report of littler on the roadway on Stilson Hill Rd. between April 25 and April 28. Police say the case will remain open pending further investigation.

Triumph Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that someone forced their way into a Youngsville Rd. camper, spray-painted obscenities and stole hand rools. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Tidioute

Stolen vehicle. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that someone stole a black Ford Focus parked at a Main St. residence on April 29 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. The vehicle was recovered on Rt. 337 in Limestone Township near the time of the report incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers and a reward up to $2,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.
