DUI. City of Warren police reported Robert Machemer, 51, of Warren, was charged with DUI .16 percent or higher (second offense), DUI – general impairment (second Offense) , DUI – involving a crash, reckless driving (second Offense), and a crash involving damage to attended vehicle following an investigation into a hit and run crash on Aug. 12.

Theft. Justin Ludwig, 37, of Indiana, Pa., was charged with receiving stolen property on Aug. 27 following an investigation into the theft of $500 worth of tools in 2018.

DUI. Glenn Minnis, 48, of Warren, was charged with DUI .16 percent or higher, DUI – general impairment, careless driving and required financial responsibility following a crash on Aug. 2.

Terroristic threats. Steven Snyder, 31, of Warren, was charged with terroristic threats on Aug. 20 after he made threats to burn a house down.

Disorderly conduct. Jeffrey Carlson, 71, of Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct on Aug. 22 after officers responded to a local convenience store to a report of a male causing a disturbance.

Disorderly conduct. Seth Clark, 27, and Corey Shirley, 30, both of Warren, were cited for disorderly conduct on Aug. 24 after officers responded to a report of a fight at a local establishment.
