Defendants enter pleas

The following defendants entered guilty pleas before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday afternoon at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Michael I. Barry, Russell, to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – first offense. Charges of possession with intent to deliver, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense and tamper with/fabricate physical evidence were not prosecuted.

¯ Tyler R. Christeson, Warren, to DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – second offense, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked and careless driving. Charges including two counts of DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – second offense, DUI: Combined alcohol and drug or combination of drugs – second offense, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – second offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Julie A. Curtis, Warren, to hindering apprehension or prosecution.

¯ Dylan M. Dennison, Russell, to DUI: General impairment – second offense and purchase, etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – second offense and DUI: Minors – second offense were not prosecuted.

¯ Nicole L. Fulton, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, endangering welfare of a child and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Dillon Howard, Warren, to two counts of criminal trespass. A count of criminal trespass and a count of defiant trespass were not prosecuted.

¯ Steven M. Jones, Warren, to disorderly conduct. Charges of simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Jeremy R. Kimmey, Jamestown, NY, to conspiracy (receiving stolen property). Charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) were not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua W. Neall, Russell, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Rhiannon L. Sheldon, Bradford, to recklessly endangering another person. A count of endangering the welfare of a child was not prosecuted.

¯ Rusty A. Silfies, Lewis Run, Pa., to DUI: High rate of alcohol with minor occupant – first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident and minor occupant – first offense, endangering the welfare of a child and driving vehicle at safe speed were not prosecuted.

¯ Daniel C. Taylor, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

¯ Kacie M. Troyer, Sheffield, to endangering the welfare of a child. Charges of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) and possession with intent to deliver were not prosecuted.

¯ Dennis L. Wedge, Warren, to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault, strangulation – applying pressure to throat/neck, terroristic threats and two counts of simple assault were not prosecuted.

¯ Davonte D. Whiting, Stillwater, Ok., to concealment of the whereabouts of a child. A count of interference with custody of children was not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas J. Wilson, Jamestown, NY, to theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Charges of burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

¯ Amber T. Wolfe, Erie, to possession of a controlled substance. A count of possessing phenylpropanolamine, etc. was not prosecuted.

¯ David A. Wolfe, Kane, to theft by deception. Charges of forgery and theft by deception were not prosecuted.

¯ Christopher A. Zaffino, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended/revoked, careless driving and period for requiring lighted lamps. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, restrictions on driver’s license, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked and restriction on alcoholic beverages were not prosecuted.

Bench warrants were issued for the following defendants for failure to appear:

¯ Katera E. Murphy, Youngsville. Murphy has been charged with contraband and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Andrew R. Tefft, Warren. Tefft has been charged with bad checks.
