Three guilty pleas were entered in addition to 11 not guilty pleas during arraignment proceedings on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

The following defendants pled guilty:

¯ Alexander Lee Rosenburgh, Grand Valley, to criminal trespass – break into structure and receiving stolen property. Charges of burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, no person present, theft by unlawful taking and driving without a license were not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua H. Cook, Jamestown, NY, to theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Thomas Weismantle, Pittsburgh, to aggravated harassment by prisoner, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and public drunkenness. A count of criminal mischief – tamper with property was not prosecuted.

The following defendants pled not guilty.

¯ Andrew Robert Cottrell, Garland. Cottrell has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, notify of change of name or address, fail to notify change in address, fail to keep right, driving at safe speed, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Jessica L. North, Erie. North has been charged with burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation, no person present, criminal trespass – break into structure, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

¯ Mark Irwin Shaffer, Youngsville. Shaffer has been charged with theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Kristen Marie Stanko, Warren. Stanko has been charged with 11 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule II or III – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – impaired ability – first offense and two counts of restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Matthew Robert Telford, Warren. Telford has been charged with criminal attempt – materially false written statement – purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm and statement under penalty.

¯ Jesse K. Gorton-Schumann, Warren. Gorton-Schumann has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise.

¯ Shawn T. Moore, Sugar Grove. Moore has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment.

¯ James Robert Houston, Lakewood, NY. Houston has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

¯ Michael Wayne Herbert Vanderhoof, Warren. Vanderhoof has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse – forcible compulsion and indecent assault – without consent of other.

¯ Joshua Thomas Clough, Pittsfield. Clough has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate – first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, follow too closely and careless driving.

¯ Nathan Michael Lindstrom, Irvine. Lindstrom has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate – first offense, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and not to use low beam.
