Defendants enter guilty pleas in county court

The following defendants entered guilty pleas before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday afternoon:

¯ Aaron W. Anderson, Warren, to recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.

¯ Teddy W. Bair, Russell, to indecent exposure and indecent assault. Charges of corruption of minors and unlawful contact or communication with a minor were not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua A. Bang, Jamestown, NY, to receiving stolen property and defiant trespass. Charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) and conspiracy (receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

¯ Michael J. Brncik, Corry, to receiving stolen property. Two additional counts of receiving stolen property and a single count of theft by unlawful taking were not prosecuted.

¯ Dennis M. Bump, Warren, to retail theft, driving while under suspension and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges of theft by deception and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted. At a second docket, he pled guilty to conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) and endangering the welfare of a child. Charges of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver), two counts of possession of a controlled substance and an additional count of endangering the welfare of a child were not prosecuted.

¯ Michael G. Colvin, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, recklessly dangering another person and reckless driving. Charges of driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

¯ Donna M. Heasley, Oil City, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – second offense, DUI: Controlled substance – combo/alcohol – second offense and fail to use safety belt were not prosecuted.

¯ Timothy G. Hesch, Pittsburgh, Pa., to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – third offense, turning movement and required signals and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – third offense, turning movements and required signals, driving vehicle at safe speed and restraint systems.

¯ Jessica L. Hodges, Sugar Grove, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless driving were not prosecuted.

¯ Richard A. Jordan, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of possession with intent to deliver was not prosecuted.

¯ Katherine L. Kiser, Jamestown, NY, to possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver). Charges of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Jasmine D. Lindgren, Clarendon, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

¯ Leilani L. Lord, Clarendon, to obstructing the administration of law or other governmental function. At a second docket, Lord pled guilty to two counts of conspiracy (possession red phosphorus, etc. with intent to manufacture a controlled substance). Three additional counts of conspiracy (possession red phosphorus, etc. with intent to manufacture a controlled substance) were not prosecuted.

¯ Jeremy Morris, Tidioute, to simple assault. A count of terroristic threats was not prosecuted.

¯ Angel L. Phelps, Clarendon, to theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Cody S. Phinney, to disorderly conduct and simple assault. Charges of terroristic threats and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Anthony T. Ponick, Warren, to retail theft.

¯ Ian N. Rigg, Russell, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – third offense, driving on right side of roadway and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – third offense, fail to carry license and disregard traffic lane were not prosecuted.

¯ Zachary A. Smith, Irvine, to simple assault, false imprisonment and receiving stolen property. Charges of robbery – take property, conspiracy (robbery), robbery – take property from other/force, conspiracy (robbery – take property from other/force), aggravated assault, conspiracy (aggravated assault), conspiracy (simple assault), theft by unlawful taking and unlawful restraint/serious bodily injury were not prosecuted.

¯ Hallie J. Steinhauser, Bradford, to two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. A count of leaving a child unattended in a vehicle was not prosecuted.

¯ Mikael L. Thomas, Camp Hill, Pa., to burglary – not adapted for overnight accommodation. Charges of burglary, conspiracy (burglary), criminal trespass, conspiracy (trespass), theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), criminal mischief, conspiracy (criminal mischief) and conspiracy (burglary) were not prosecuted.

¯ Kira J. Whitaker, Jamestown, NY, to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession – small amount of marijuana and open lewdness were not prosecuted.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Cheyenne J. Lore, Randolph, NY. Lore has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: General impairment -first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
