4 enter guilty pleas in court Monday
Four defendants entered guilty pleas during change of plea proceedings held on Monday before presiding Judge Maureen Skerda.
¯ Christopher S. Cornelius, Warren, to DUI: General impairment (BAC .08-.10) – first offense, accidental damage to unattended vehicle, careless driving and limitations on backing. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense were not prosecuted.
¯ Heidi N. Kenworthy, Sugar Grove, to two counts of criminal conspiracy (possession of a controlled substance. A charge of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) was not prosecuted.
¯ Benjamin J. Seeley, Clarendon, to disorderly conduct and simple assault. A count of aggravated assault was not prosecuted.
¯ Kylie A. Streightiff, Warren, to theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered. A count of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.
