Five guilty pleas entered, two charges withdrawn
Five guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against two and one was held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
James H. Bolyard, Jr., 33, Spring Creek, to theft by deception. A count of theft by deception was withdrawn.
Matthew L. Cabisca, 34, Clarendon, to possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
Edward E. Edwards, 41, Warren, to furnishing drug free urine, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. A count of driving an unregistered vehicle was withdrawn.
Scheyne R. Gray, 21, Warren, to defiant trespass.
Andrew P. Seither, 33, Sugar Grove, to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against the following:
Brooke M. Benton, 43, Warren. Benton had been charged with simple assault and harassment.
Raymond Warren, 50, Warren. A count of fraud to alter title/registration/insurance was withdrawn. A count of operating a vehicle without a valid inspection was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
Danielle M. Byerley, 42, Endeavor, Pa. was held for court. Byerley has been charged with simple assault, strangulation, harassment and criminal mischief.
