LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Following a top-five finish in Connecticut last week, California University of Pennsylvania sophomore Rachel Wilson (Warren, Pa./Warren) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Athlete of the Week on Wednesday afternoon.
