Childish in defeat Dear Editor, Sometimes it takes something as simple as a comic strip to illustrate a pertinent political point. Take, for instance, the running episode in last week’s Baby Blues cartoon strip. The young girl of the family is devastated that she was not chosen as Student of the Week by her teacher. The episode culminated in a crying fit on her bed yelling “It’s not FAIR!” Mom asks, “Why isn’t it fair?” In typical childish fashion, she answers “It’s only fair when I win!” It’s only fair when I win. Hidden angels Dear Editor, Recently I went to Dollar General in Market Street Plaza. I picked up a coffee mug, which will be a Christmas gift! I went to the cashier and forgot my money in the car.
