Support group to hold annual luncheon The annual Christmas tureen luncheon of the Caregivers Support Group will be held at noon Monday, Dec. 18, at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Pennsylvania Ave. East. Plea entered in court One defendant pleaded guilty before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday during arraignment proceedings. Christian D. Vail, 30, Warren, pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated assault and criminal mischief. Charges of assault by prisoner and criminal attempt (theft) were not prosecuted.
