PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE — A Sheffield resident was injured after a motor vehicle accident on State Route 6 and Pond Road in Mead Township around 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Officers say a vehicle driven by Stephen C. Koper, 21, collided with a vehicle being driven by Thomas Koscinski, 48, of Aliquippa when trying to make a right-hand turn from Pond Road to Route 6. Both received minor injuries in the crash while three passengers in Koscinski’s vehicle were not injured.
