Pleas entered at preliminary hearings
Two defendants pleaded guilty while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants pleaded guilty:
William W. Birchard, 24, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance and a traffic offense. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense were withdrawn.
Dustin L. Campbell, 25, Warren, to possession of marijuana and a traffic offense. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against Steven W. Eck, 32, Sheffield. Eck had been charged with harassment. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
