C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK
Harassment. Jeremy Anderson, 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 31 with aggravated harassment by prisoner and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 3 in the City of Warren.
Trespass. Kyle J. Gardner, 26, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 30 with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 1 in the City of Warren.
Trespass. Destiny S. Nelson, 21, Russell, was charged by City of Warren police on May 30 with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass from an incident that occurred on May 1 in the City of Warren.
Traffic charges. Reina L. Nelson, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 30 with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 20 in the City of Warren.
Possession. David S. Williams, 38, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 31 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 20 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Tracy D. Byers, 62, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 3 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26 in Limestone Twp.
Burglary. Timothy A. Cope, Jr., 33, Warren, was charged by Youngsville Police on May 31 with two counts of burglary, theft and conspiracy – theft from an incident that occurred on Dec. 24, 2023 in Youngsville Borough.
Disorderly conduct. Dana J. McWilliams, 40, Corry, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 3 with disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on May 29 in Freehold Twp.
