Strangulation. Larry P. Babcock, Jr., 41, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 8 with strangulation, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on June 8 in the City of Warren.

Resisting arrest. Brian A. Blood, 45, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 10 with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment from an incident that occurred on June 7 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Jamie L. Clayton, 36, Corry, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on June 8 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 7 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Timothy A. Cope, Jr., 33, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 4 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 31 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Kevin M. Hale, 54, Warren, was charged by Warren County Detectives on June 6 with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 7 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Joshua S. Haskins, 28, Warren, was charged by Warren County Detectives on June 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 23 in the City of Warren.

Reckless endangerment. Nathan A. House, 48, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 4 with recklessly endangering another person, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on June 3 in the City of Warren.

Harassment. Erica G. Johnson, 34, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 3 with two counts of harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on June 3 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Christopher A. Zaffino, 39, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 4 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on May 23 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Scottlynn R. Hackley, 18, Warren, was charged by Warren County Detectives on June 6 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on May 21 in Glade Twp.

Assault. Cody S. Phinney, 30, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 24 in Mead Twp.

Possession. Tyler J. Roseto, 35, Erie, was charged by Conewango Township police on June 4 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 29 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Theodore L. Russell, 28, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 7 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 3 in Glade Twp.

DUI. Sean Gallagher, 52, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 6 with two counts of DUI and 10 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 9 in Watson Twp.

DUI. Rodney L. Johnson, 57, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 6 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 24 in Tidioute Borough.

Weapon charge. Steven G. Michael, Jr., 34, Pittsfield, was charged by Youngsville police on June 5 with a firearm violation, possessing a weapon on school property, possession of marijuana and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 4 in Youngsville Borough.

Possession. Kelby K. Saddler, 36, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville police on June 3 with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Feb. 17 in Youngsville Borough.
