Officers with the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced charges on Friday against Navly Mardi Gras, 334 Pennsylvania Ave. W., Warren, for failure to return an eating place malt beverage license to the board after the establishment had not been in operation for 15 consecutive days. Possible sentences range from fines of $40 to $5,000, a license suspension or revocation, and mandated training.

Liquor law violation. Officers with the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced charges on Friday against the Lee House, 100 Leather St., Sheffield. A citation was issued for selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor, age 20, on Dec. 27, 2018. Possible sentences range from fines of $40 to $5,000, a license suspension or revocation, and mandated training.
Tidioute
Liquor law violation. Officers with the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced charges on Friday against the Elzie E. Lynch American Legion Post 0334, 16424 Rt. 62, Tidioute, for failure to submit annual reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. A fine of $350 was ordered by an administrative law judge.
