GROVE CITY, Pa. – Warren’s Ryan Madigan took second-place at 126 pounds at the Fred Bell Tournament in Grove City. Madigan was the highest finisher from Warren County. Madigan earned a 7-5 decision over Falconer’s Joey Pillitteri in the quarterfinals, then pinned Titusville’s Seth Donovan in 4:42.
