TCCS sweeps Venango Catholic

Tidioute Charter earned a sweep at Venango Catholic Monday. The Bulldogs won 25-12, 25-8 and 27-25. Strong serving powered Tidioute to victory as the team combined for 20 aces on the night. Nakiesha Krouse and Kelsey Nuttal led the way with six aces apiece. Krouse added four kills and five digs, while Nuttall had a pair of digs in the win. UNION CITY, Pa. – Tidioute traveled to Union City Tuesday looking to pick up its second Region 3 win of the season. Ultimately, the Bears proved too much to handle and sent the Bulldogs away with a 25-20, 25-16, 14-25 and 25-10 win. Leading Tidioute were Brooke Martin 1 ace, 15 assists, 4 digs; Ariel Meece 3 digsl; Kelsey Nuttall 1 kill, 9 digs; Shelby Proctor 6 kills, 1 assist, 11 digs; Nakiesha Krouse 1 ace, 5 kills, 9 digs; Jenna Hunt 2 blocks; Angelina Sabella 4 kills, 5 digs and Aspen Fors 1 dig.
